4个监听的问题

今天启动一个测试库，发现连接不上客户端，一看4个监听，就想到之前看到过文章，说10.2.0.1上有这个问题，listener.ora加入以下参数解决
SUBSCRIBE_FOR_NODE_DOWN_EVENT_ =OFF 随便记录下，以备查找
